October 7: Classical piano recital
Katarzyna Marzeo and Michael Tsalka are distinguished pianists who received their early music training in Poland and in Israel. They will give a recital of classical piano music at the Theatre at Washington on Saturday, October 7 at 8 p. m.

October 7,8: Adult auditions
Ki Theatre will hold auditions for its holiday production, “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” on Saturday, October 7 from 2 to 4 p.m. and Sunday, October 8 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Ki Theatre on Gay Street. Four men and six women of all types and ages are required. The play is a delightful comedy about a community that learns the meaning of Christmas from the most irreligious family in town. Performances are December 8, 9, 10. Rehearsals will be held on weekends throughout November. If possible, please prepare a short story (about 3 minutes) about a holiday that you remember and bring a recent photograph. You may be asked to read from the script.
