Having overcome several last minute challenges (the oven was too big; incompatible gas hookups!), Rae is just about ready to open the doors! Nate Yount is taking a turn at being the chef at Thornton River Grille. Everything that we tasted at dinner was beautifully presented and delicious! Although Nate credits experience he received from his chef-mentor who had previously worked at the Inn, Nate has created his own style of cooking. Continuing the tradition of excellence at the Thornton River Grille, you will be delighted with every meal that comes out of Nate’s kitchen!
