Paul Reisler

Guiding the children through the songwriting process from the original idea to the finished song is a process that Reisler has fine tuned.

“You never know what they’re going to want to write about,” he smiled. “It’s an amazing process, really, working in the classrooms, songs can come out of nowhere.”

As Reisler journeys along his path of composing and music making, he can recall many mini-success stories of quiet students suddenly turned on by the opportunity to create their own brand of music.

“I had one young man who really surprised his teacher,” remembered Reisler. “The experience lifted his self-esteem."
