SHOW CAUSE ORDER
It appearing that a report of the accounts of Milton Dennis Fletcher, Administrator of the Estate of Nathan E. Fletcher, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the said Milton Dennis Fletcher, Administrator, IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 19th day of October, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom against the delivery of the Estate of Nathan E. Fletcher, deceased, after payment of the administrative expenses, in equal shares to Milton Dennis Fletcher and Anthony Fletcher, the heirs at iaw of Nathan E. Fletcher, subject to the assignment by the said Anthony Fletcher of the sum of $/0,600.00 to Inheritance Funding Company, Inc. from his share of said estate, with or without refunding bonds as the Court prescribes.
