Henry R. Hudson

Henry Rivers Hudson, 70, of Washington died Sunday, Oct. 28. ;

He was bom Sept. 17,1937, in Washington to the late Madie Corder and Dewey Dejamette Hudson.

Mr. Hudson is survived by his wife of 47 years, Barbara, and two sons, David of Durham, NC and Mark of Richmond.

Additional survivors include four sisters, Doris Coughlin of Castleton, Mary Williams of Flint Hill, Frances Payne of Culpeper and Phyllis Yancey of Viewtown, a brother, Granville Hudson of Flint Hill and three beloved granddaughters.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.

Interment will follow at Washington Masonic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Hudson, Mark Hudson, Wayne Payne, Jim Brown, Barry Hudson and Thomas Williams, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in his memory may be made to the Washington Baptist Church Long Term Maintenance Fund,
