As Your Sheriff I will: • Develop a close working relationship with fire and rescue services. • Provide specialized training to Sheriff's Office personnel to include advanced training for dispatchers. • Cross training of dispatchers and jailers to insure communication coverage in emergency situations. • Secure state and federal grants providing additional funds for trainingt equipment and overtime. • Implement additional programs in our schools to insure a safe learning environment for students. • Develop a strong community relationship between the sheriff s office and the citizens of Rappahannock County.
