Imputing J.C. Welch. He came to my door and introduced himself I experienced meeting a crystal dear, mature, well prepared young man (though not as young as he looks). J.C. Welch is also an excellent communicator and an equally skillfill listener.
The job of sheriff is something he has been dreaming of and preparing fear and his history shows this is the track he has been taking towards a leadership role. He embodies and wishes to support others in a healthy relationship with our law enforcement department. J.C. Welch offers something our county will benefit from in its law enforcement leadership: transparency, directness, and openness. And there is no harm in having a sharp mind that ran wrap itself around statistics and make use of them for the good.
