The dream of the founders of Rappahannock Link is to provide a place where what we value, caring, affiliation and connection, can flourish. Cliff and Lucile Miller are providing the building rent flee for two years while the Rappahannock NonProfit Center, in collaboration with the community, make this vision a reality. Those who attended the reception held on Saturday night and the Open House on Sunday were able to feel the dedication and excite-, ment of all who have been working to bring this opportunity to the community
