Another Sherwood has returned from VCU for a short visit this summer. Devin Sherwood reveals his observations and- commentaries through Kinetic Imaging. The visual story that he creates is unique, entertaining and yet so familiar.

Devin describes what is done in his college major:

“Students combine the motion and development of an idea through video, sound and animation to produce a final product that represents and strengthens their idea.”

Lastly, w'e are pleased to see that we can still find some of Jacob Stilley’s work at the Six Pack gallery. His two-person show with Six Pack artist Linda Tarry, in June/July, left us hoping for more. His paintings are products from his explorations in inner and outer spaces. Stilley received his undergraduate degree this year from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Jacob’s explanation causes us to think about what art really is to the viewer.
