Pursuant to Section 170-129 and 170-134 of the Rappahannock County Code, and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 7:00pm at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
RZ 09-07-01 Sheila O'Brien Wolk, Trustee, to amend the proffers associated with RZ 87-04-09 and RZ 88-09-02, to allow professional offices and/or retail sales in the former School House restaurant located at 675 Zachary Taylor Highway, (4.6373 acres, Tax Map 13, Parcel 74, Wakefield District, zoned Village Commercial). Application allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-134 of the Rappahannock County Code.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file-at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 7:30pm at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adiacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said_ meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O.
