Jason R. Brady, vice president and lending officer for Rappahannock National Bank, was among 78 Virginia bankers who graduated Aug. 7 from the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

The three-year school is sponsored by the Virginia Bankers Association in cooperation with the Mclntire School of Commerce at the university.

Upon completion of the bank management course, graduates have a broader knowledge in all aspects of banking, economics, and related subjects which can both enhance current performance and qualify them as candidates for advancement, according to a bank official.
