Diana Bird said she was concerned with precedents established by the Planning Commission in decisions on subdivisions. “When you begin to break up the county and begin to develop agricultural land as residential, one decision is used as a precedent for other decisions,” she maintained.
Planner Newbill Miller agreed. “I think that’s a good point. I think it is precedent setting.”
