AREA JUNIORS WIN TRIP TO WASHINGTON - L to R - Roger Smoot, Rappahannock County High; Jon Erickson, Wm. Monroe High; Bill Martin and Peggy Mackison, Culpeper County High School will represent Northern Piedmont Electric Cooperative during the Washington Youth Tour June 13 - 16. These students trill join 1,000 juniors from across the country for a look at the “Government In Action.” Highlighting the tour will be visits with the Virginia Congressional Delegation and a trip to the White House to meet President Carter.
