bricks in the historical society building, an excellent promotional idea. A large framed drawing of the building has all of the bricks numbered and as they are purchased, the sale of each is recorded in a log. The bricks "sell” for a dollar each and the selection of yours can be fun.
Several benches, in keeping with the design and period of the Historical Building, have been purchased from the Flint Hill Methodist Church, and add immensely to the looks and convenience of the place. A tentative project of the group is the naming of the old roads in Rappahannock, as the “Richmond Road,” Poes Road,” etc., all of which will eventually have name signs erected.
