PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with Section 5.11, Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations, the animals described below, having trespassed in Shenandoah National Park, have been impounded by the United States government:

One (1) pony, gelding, black, between five and six years old.

One (1) pony, mare, brown with white spots, two years old.

The owner or ownersjnay redeem the animals by submitting proof of ownership and paying all expenses of the United States for capturing, advertizing, pasturing, feeding and impounding.

Owner or owners should personally contact the Chief Park Ranger, Shenandoah National Park, Luray, Virginia, 22835. Telephone (703) 999-2241.

At the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, the animals shall be disposed of in accordance with appropriate state and federal statutes.
