25-Acre Lota Criticized Goode defended his subdivision plans and criticized 25-acre lot developments approved by the county in the past. People moving into Rappahannock and buying 25-acre lots “will run out all the young people in the county. They won’t be able to afford to live here.”
His remarks sparked cries of “Amen, Amen” and applause from the audience.
“If I want to keep the county beautified, I will have to build nice homes,” Goode concluded.
