Vi lb. citron Vi lb. candied cherries Vi lb. pineapple (candied) Vi lb. candied orange and lemon peel Vt cup brandy or wine 2 cups honey or syrup Vt teaspoon soda with syrup. Beat eggs good and add to butter and sugar mixture. When well blended add floured fruit, spices, flour, and soda with syrup. Mix all together well. Pour in greased pans and bake in slow oven....250 degrees 3‘/i to 4 hrs. This makes two cakes...and delicious. T
