November 24 Mrs. Beryl Scroggins of Front Royal* operating a 1977 Mercury struck a parked vehicle, a 72 Ford, owned by M. R. Bradford of Flint Hill. She failed to stop at the scene and was later apprehended on Route 626 by Deputy R. H. Jenkins, Jr. Several charges were placed against her including hit and run. Damage was set at $400 to the Scroggins vehicle and at $100 to Bradford’s.
