Taylor
A graveside service for Walter Elmer Taylor, 85, of Madison was conducted Saturday by the Rev. Ronald Wiley of Sperryville at the Etlan Cemetery. Mr. Taylor was a pedestrian fatality in Madison. He died November 23 in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville.
He was a retired carpenter, the son of the late Robert Lee and Ida Monroe Taylor of Sperryville. His wife, the former Ida Mae Nethers, died in 1974. He was a member of Sperryville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. John H. Aylor and Mrs. Charles Aylor, both of Madison and Mrs. James Windsor of Pasadena, Md.; six grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.
