Rallies
Representatives of the American Agricultural Movement (AAM) will be at the Winchester Livestock Exchange on Monday, December 5, from 7 p.m. to hand out literature and answer questions about the national farmer’s strike scheduled for December 14.
On Tuesday, December 6, a brief rally will be held at John B. Adam’s field near The Plains, Va., where participants will assemble with their tractors in preparation for a “tractor parade” to Fauquier High School in Warrenton.
There another rally will be held at 7:30 p.m., where the main speaker, Tom “Firebrand” Kersey of Georgia will address the gathering.
