Frazier
William Carl Frazier of Chester Gap died December 12 in Front Royal. He was 35, a construction worker, born September 2, 1942 in Huntly, Rappahannock County. He was the son of William F. Frazier and Ella North Frazier, both of Chester Gap.
Surviving with his parents are his wife, Mary Shipe Frazier of Front Royal; three sons, William Allen Frazier, Ronald Keith Frazier and Steven Brent Frazier, all of Front Royal; a brother, Charles Frazier of Chester Gap; three sisters, Ruth Frazier of Front Royal, Mary Williams and Ann Williams, both of Chester Gap.
Also surviving is his paternal grandfather, Benjamin F. Frazier, Chester Gap and maternal grandmother, Mamie North of Huntly.
A funeral service was conducted Wednesday at the Turner.Ftiperal Hqme, JPjwo* , Royal by the Rev. William Alford and the Rev. Roy Mathena. Burial was in Rockland Cemetery, Warren County.
