Worksite Development and Assignment * Private, non-profit, and public agencies will be contacted in order to develop worksites. As nearly as possible, worksites will be assigned according to availability, employer interest, and geographic location in relation to homes of participants.
D. Orientation - Orientation will be held to acquaint participants and Vorkshe supervisors with the purpose and goals of the program and to explain the participant-use agency relationship and the responsibilities of both. Also, occupational goals of the participants will be discussed and set.
E. Counseling - Counseling will be afforded participants in all phases of obtaining and maintaining employment (i.e. appearance, attitude, job referral, completion of application, etc.). Counseling will also be available for personal problems affecting the work of participants and problem situations that may arise at the worksites. F. Job Referral and Placement - Employers in private industry, as well as private, non-profit, and job agencies will be contacted in an effort to place program completers in unsubsidized employment. G.
