Why Closed Meeting
There is no thought by even the administration’s severest critics that anything untoward took place in these meetings, or that those attending really had anything to hide.

The taxpayers have a right to know where that kind of money is coming from and where it’s going.
And no matter how respected the “family elders” may be, the taxpayers also have a right to keep an eye on the decision-making process involved.
