Commencement for the sixty-two graduates of Rappahannock County High School is scheduled for Friday, June 9 at 8 p.m. in the school auditorium. The four students named for academic excellence will be on the program as well as Capt. James R. Benson, U. S. Marine Corps.
The invocation will be given by David Hudson followed by the salutatory address by Brooke Miller. James Swindler II is the valedictorian of the class and will speak after the school chorus presents selections. High School Principal Dennis Wingfield will introduce the guest speaker Capt. Benson. After this, awards will be made.
