Board passed the motion unanimously.
After a long executive session for “personnel matters.” the School Board returned to an open meeting and announced that the six week summer reading program would begin June 19. Previously mentioned items from next year's budget will be paid for out of surplus funds from this year to release revenue to pay for the July portion of summer school.
Parents, except in cases of hardship, will be charged $50 tuition, reimbursable if a child has perfect attendance.
