Kelly stressed that the Commission would work closely with individual localities and that it's primary responsibility was to develop recommendations which would in turn be acted upon by the localities.
Senior Citizens
The November meeting of the Rappahannock Council of Senior Citizens will be held Tuesday, November 21. at 7:30 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church.
There will be discussion of action to be recommended and action expected from the State Executive Committee meeting of the Virginia Council of Senior Citizens, to be held in Richmond. Saturday, Dec. .2.
