Pat Spory and Rebecca Black from the Virginia Employment Commission office in Front Royal will be at Rappahannock County High School on Thursday, May 3, 1979 at 9 a.m. to take applications from youth aged 14 to 21 for summer jobs through the CETA program.

The Virginia Employment Commission will determine eligibility for the CETA Summer Youth Employment Program. The program provides summer employment for youth who are in school or recent graduates and whose families meet the low-income eligibility requirements for CETA programs.
