Mr. and Mrs. Charles Eckardt-Battle Mountain Hunt Club of Amissville, Va. has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 1-2 (8) of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The above named applicant desires to conduct shooting matches every Friday evening from 7:30-11:30 p.m. or Saturday afternoons, on their property on Rt. 729 located in Jackson Magisterial District. A hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 a m. on May 10, 1979, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
