Water Leak
Councilman Charlie Jenkins reported on a possible leak in the water lines at the new fire department building. He noted that consumption there b&sed on meter readings for two months was approximately 30,000 gallosn.
“That’s one-third of our reservoir,” remarked Fisher as Jenkins volunteered to check for a leak after firemen assured the council that the department couldn’t have used anywhere near that amount.
