James Bennet of Front Royal will teach handwriting in the lower school and studio art and calligraphy in the upper school. Bennett received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters degree in Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina. He has taught art at Wake Forest University and in more recent years at Lord Fairfax Community College. He has had numerous exhibitions of his art work and has received two fellowship grants from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
