The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground that the parties hereto have lived separate and apart for a period in excess of one (1) year.
An Affidavit has been made and filed that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Complainant to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendant, without effect, and it is therefore ORDERED, that he appear before this Court on or before October 27, 1980 after due publication of this Order and to protect his interests herein.
