Said property contains 24,120 square feet and is located on the West side of Route 522 and is near Burke's Store. The property is in good condition, is well kept and attractive.
Written bids for this house and lot will be accepted by the undersigned until 12:00 noon on September 26,1980. Any and all bids may be rejected if in the opinion of the Trustee the offer is inadequate in price.
