The percentage is the amount required to raise the national average price received by all producers for shorn wool in 1980 up to the support price of $1.23 a pound. Shorn wool prices fluctuated between 82 and 94 cents per pound in 1980. The 1981 support price is $1.35 per pound for wool. A two-day course leading to the beginning state license for coaching soccer will be held February 20-21 at the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. The United States Soccer Federation *F' license coaches course covers fitness, techniques, tactics, and practice teaching. It runs for a total of nine hours and involves no final exam. Sessions are slated for 7-10 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20 and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21. Registration fee is $30 with textbook, $22 without.
