in a nonce 10 cier* oianc Bruce dated January 16. Circuit Court Judge Shore Robertson confirmed the appointments of Charles K. Estes from Piedmont District, George Muth from Stonewall-Hawthorne and Peter Kramer from Hampton to the Rappahannock County Board of Zoning Appeals.
Estes was re-appointed to a five year term which expires in 1985. Muth’s term ran out in 1979 and he has been reappointed for the balance which expires in 1984. Kramer was named to fill the unexpired portion of Kermit Weakley’s term.
In unprecedented action, Robertson met with local citizens on two separate dates to receive comment on nominations put forward by the Rappahannock supervisors before making the BZA appointments.
