Cattle Need Water

Just the other day, 1 watched some cattle milling around the edge of frozen farm pond, licking the ice. A small, drought-shrunken stream led from the pond and through the field, but it was completely frozen over. These cattle were thirsty and searching for water.

If cattle are going to convert dry hay to energy efficiently and produce milk for that sucking calf, they need an adequate supply of fresh water every day.
