Agriculture Performance Tested Bull Sale

Eighty-one senior bulls, 45 Angus, 21 Polled Hereford, 8 Simmental. 1 Hereford, 2 Shorthorn, 4 Charolais, and 1 Limousin, will be sold to the highest bidders this Saturday. January 24, 1981, 12:00 noon, at the Culpeper Agricultural Enterprises. The 81 bulls selling were calved September through December, 1979, and represent the top two-thirds of the 118 bulls tested. They set a performance record for the 23 years of testing bulls at Culpeper with averages on 118 bulls of 3.20 pounds per day of test, 1053 pounds adjusted 365 day weight and 2.81 weight per day of age.
