Kenneth A. Norman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel M. Norman of Woodville, has been placed on the honor roll at Northern Virginia Community College in Manassas for the fall quarter. Norman, attained a perfect 4.0 average and carried 17 credit hours. He is enrolled in the Construction Management Technology Curriculum and has a cumulative average of 3.6. Norman is a 1979 graduate of Rappahannock County High School
