' Donna F. Cannon of Castleton has been named to the dean’s list at James Madison University, Harrisonburg, for the fall quarter. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray T. Cannon.
To qualify for the honor of being placed on the dean’s list, a student must have a grade-point average of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and carry a course load of at least 14 hours.
Bridge Club
Mrs. T. J. Pillar was hostess to the Sperryville Bridge Club Friday evening at her home.
Prizes were won by Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr., Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. L. J. Kilby and Mrs. Charles H. Estes.
