Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ‘of Rappahannock County will consider the application of Witold Kuncewicz for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County and, in particular, to amend Article 8 of said zoning ordinance to add processing of light leathers, light leathers being defined as those skins weighing not more than twenty-five (25) pounds prior to processing, as a use permitted by right pursuant to Article 8 of said ordinance on March 2,1981 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The aforesaid amendment and application are available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. All persons affected by or interested in the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views.
