capability to stand trial, Douglas was psychiatrically evaluated at Central State Hospital and the University of Virginia Hospital last year and under a plea agreement reached in November, 1980, was given a year’s trial probation under a $1,000 personal recognizance bond. Probation conditions required that he continue receiving psychiatric treatment on an outpatient basis until his capability to stand trial was established.
