Pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 24.1-37, 24.1-38. 15.1-504 and 15 1-431, notice is hereby given that on October 5, 1981 at 10:00 o'clock a m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will consider several plans for the alteration of boundaries of the magisterial districts and precincts of Rappahannock County as required by the Code of Virginia and the Constitution of the Commonwealth ot Virginia
All citizens interested in the reapportionment of magisterial districts should be present on the above stated date to express their views.
This notice is being published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, for two (2) successive weeks as required by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. Alternative plans as to the reapportionment of magisterial districts are filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Oourt of Rappahannock County
