Cub Scout
Registration
Cub Scout registration will be held at Rappahannock County Elementary School on Thursday, September 17, at 7 p.m. Boys in grades 3-5 are urged to join and must be accompanied by their parents.
Scout uniforms are needed and if you have one to donate or sell please call Cheri Woodard at 987-8824 or Linda Owings at 987-8379. Parents or interested persons are also needed for leaders.
Gospel Program
The Men's Chorus of Promise Land Baptist Church near Washington will present a full gospel program at the church on Saturday, September 19 at 7:30 p.m. for the benefit of the Senior Choir. The public is invited.
Mt. Salem Revival
Revival services will begin at Mt. Salem Church near Washington on Sunday, September 27-30 at 7:30 p.m. The pastor, the Rev. Bobby Rooper of Culpeper, will be speaking. There will be special singing each evening and the public is invited to attend.
Musical Program
The Rev. Edward Jenkins of Washington and the Blue Grass Gospel Boys will be guest at the Eggbornsville Pentacostal Church Friday, September 18, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
