Deciding to move was easy. Finding a place was a little more difficult. “We were constantly on the search for poor areas,” Robinson recalled. “Then one day my wife saw an ad in the paper for this place. We made an offer and the real estate agents said it was the most ridiculous offer that they’d ever heard. But four hours later, they called back and we signed the contract.”
