Konick said that only the seven-acre parcel bought by the Neals in 1980 is zoned residential subdivision. He noted, however, that the Neals’ property is served bv a private road. “1 thought it had been a prerequisite for all that subdivision (of the entire Lindgren-Noce tract) that the road had to be dedicated to public use...It’s not shown on the plat as such and it hasn’t been signed by the highway department (indicating acceptance of the road into the state system).”
