Mrs. Lucy Helen Noakes Vigay. 60. of Bronx, N. Y. died Friday. January 22, 1982 at her residence.
Graveside services will be held Thursday (today) at 1 p.m. in Culpeper National Cemetery by the Rev. John Thurston.
Born in Rappahannock County on January 13, 1922, she was the daughter of Julia Williams Noakes and the late Silas Noakes. She was employed by the City of New York.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Julian Vigay; two daughters, Judy Vigay of Manassas and Priscilla Vigay of Bronx, N. Y.; two sisters, Mrs. Laurie Brown of Culpeper and Roberta Noakes of Boston; four brothers, Silas Noakes of Reva, James Noakes of Brandy Station. Gilbert Noakes and Richard Noakes, both of Boston, and two grandchildren.
