1982 FUEL FACTOR PROCEEDING FOR
THE POTOMAC EDISON COMPANY
TAKE NOTICE that the Virginia State Corporation Commission has established Case, No. PUE820004 as the 1982 fuel factor proceeding for The Potomac Edison Company (“Company”).
Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 56-249.6, the Commission has scheduled a public hearing tp commence at 10:00 a.m., March 17, 1982, in the Commission’s 13th Floor Courtroom, Jefferson Building, Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia.
On or before January 30, 1982, Company will propose a fuel factor for the 12 month period commencing April 1, 1982 and file supporting testimony and data. On or before February 15, 1982, Company will file its fuel cost data (FH Reports) for the fourth quarter and last nine months of 1981. All testimony, exhibits and other data filed by Company will be available for public inspection at all Company offices in Virginia where bills may be paid, and at the Commission’s Document Control Center, Floor Bl, Jefferson Building, Richmond, Virginia.
