Applications are due by March 8 for Virginia Museum Fellowships to be awarded to undergraduate and graduate students and professional artists this year.
The annual fellowships, which this year provide for monetary grants ranging from $2,000 to $8,000, are awarded to persons who seek financial assistance to further their education or who seek additional professional experience in the arts. Eligible fields of study include painting, sculpture, graphics, photography, videography, filmmaking, crafts, architecture, interior design, art history, acting and theatre design.
