To the editor,

A bill requiring a 10 cents deposit on all beer and soft drink containers has been introduced into the Virginia Senate, now in session. Hearings on this bill in the Senate Agriculture and Conservation of Natural Resources Committee may occur as soon as February 8 or 15.
