Scratches will be made at least one hour prior to the race in question. Riders must have reached their 16th birthday, except Pair/Old Fashioned and Junior Races. Riders in Junior Races may not ride in any other than Pair/Old Fashioned. Carelessor dangerous riding will be reported to the chairmen of upcoming meets. It is strongly suggested that riders have proper medical insurance.
