On or before April 23, 1982, all persons filing a Notice of Protest, who wish to participate in the hearing as Protestants, shall file with the Clerk of the Commission fifteen (15) copies of the prepared testimony and exhibits of each witness expected to present direct testimony and shall simultaneously serve five (5) copies upon Potomac Edison and all Protestants. By the same date, all Protestants shall also file an original and fifteen (15) copies of a Protest as required by the Commission’s Rules and shall serve a copy on the Company and all Protestants.

Any interested person who desires to make a statement at the hearing in his own behalf, but not otherwise participate in the hearing, shall file a request in writing with the Clerk of the Commission.

Any person who wishes to express his views on the application, but does not wish to appear at the hearing, may do so by submitting such views in writing to the Clerk of the Commission no later than May 5,1982.
